Account & data deletion

Developer: FaithTracks ( faithtracks.ofc@gmail.com ). This page explains how to delete your FaithTracks account and personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Open the FaithTracks Android app or the web app at app.playfaithtracks.com and sign in.
2. Preferred: in the app go to Profile → Delete account and confirm.
3. Or email faithtracks.ofc@gmail.com with subject “FaithTracks account deletion” and the Google account email you use to sign in.
4. We will verify your identity and process the request.

Data we delete

We remove your profile, session, personal playlists, favorites/likes, and listening history associated with the account.

What may be retained

Purchase or subscription records may be retained by Hotmart or Google Play under their policies. Minimal financial records may be kept for up to 90 days for legal compliance and fraud prevention, then deleted or anonymized. If you have an active Google Play subscription, cancel it in Google Play — deleting the FaithTracks account does not cancel Play billing by itself.

Partial deletion

You can also request deletion of specific data (for example playlists or history) without deleting the whole account, using the same email above. See also our Privacy Policy.

Como solicitar exclusão

1. Abra o app Android FaithTracks ou o site app.playfaithtracks.com e faça login.
2. Preferencial: no app, vá em Perfil → Excluir conta e confirme.
3. Ou envie um e-mail para faithtracks.ofc@gmail.com com o assunto “Exclusão de conta FaithTracks” e o e-mail da Conta Google usada no login.
4. Confirmaremos a identidade e processaremos o pedido.

Dados excluídos

Removemos perfil, sessão, playlists pessoais, curtidas e histórico de reprodução associados à conta.

O que pode ser retido

Dados de compra/assinatura podem ser retidos pela Hotmart ou pelo Google Play conforme as políticas deles. Registros financeiros mínimos podem ser mantidos por até 90 dias para cumprimento legal e antifraude, depois são eliminados ou anonimizados. Se você tiver assinatura ativa no Google Play, cancele-a no Google Play — excluir a conta FaithTracks não cancela a cobrança do Play sozinha.

Exclusão parcial

Também é possível pedir a exclusão de dados específicos (por exemplo playlists ou histórico) sem apagar a conta, pelo mesmo e-mail acima. Veja também a Política de Privacidade.
