Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and FaithTracks (“FaithTracks”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of the FaithTracks marketing website, the web app at app.playfaithtracks.com, and the FaithTracks Android app on Google Play (together, the “Service”). By using the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to enter a binding contract (or have your parent/guardian’s consent). The Service is not directed to children under 13.
2. The Service
FaithTracks offers Psalm-inspired Christian rap, trap, and drill tracks for workouts and personal use. You can use FaithTracks on the web and, after purchase where applicable, download the exclusive Android app from Google Play. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Purchase & billing
- On the marketing site, FaithTracks is sold as a one-time annual payment that gives you access for 12 months. The price is $23.90 for 12 months of access (exact price always shown at checkout). Purchases are processed through Hotmart; by purchasing you also agree to Hotmart’s applicable terms.
- That Hotmart offer has no subscription and no automatic renewal. Your payment method is charged once for the year unless you choose to purchase again.
- If you buy or subscribe through Google Play Billing inside the Android app, Google’s payment terms apply to that transaction. Manage or cancel Play subscriptions in Google Play.
- Installment options on Hotmart, where available, are offered and processed by Hotmart.
4. Accounts
Access to the web app and Android app may require signing in with your purchase email and/or Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. See our Privacy Policy and Data deletion page for how we handle account data.
5. Refunds
Hotmart one-time annual purchases are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund policies and processes.
6. License & acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to stream the content for your own use. You agree not to: download, copy, redistribute, rip, sell, or publicly perform the content except as the Service allows; circumvent any access controls; or use the Service unlawfully.
7. Intellectual property
The lyrics are inspired by the Psalms, adapted from the public-domain King James Version (KJV). The sound recordings, productions, arrangements, artwork, the “FaithTracks” name, and the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 6.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FaithTracks is for entertainment and personal enrichment and is not medical, fitness, mental-health, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaithTracks and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaithTracks from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or state of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
